Posture and Balance is the position in which you hold your body upright against gravity. Proper posture and balance keep your joints, muscles, and organs in the correct alignment, so they can function optimally against the stress of gravity. Good posture is proper distribution of weight around the body causing as little stress to the supporting bones, ligaments, tendons, and muscle during lying, sitting standing and walking. Balance is an important longevity practice and should be maintained and improved.

This Workshop is suitable for everyone who is interested in improving their posture & balance. This a very popular subject and I love teaching this Workshop. I am always updating my research and information so please come again to this session even if you have been before. Refresh your awareness of your postural habits and techniques to improve your balance.  In this morning session we will discover:
