I just love the way you teach yoga as you put a lot of emphasis on alignment. I find it so important, as misalignments are often sources of such bodily pain and discomfort. The fact that you split movements into stages is great too, building a posture little by little until the end result. It helps focus and makes us conscious of what we do wrong. Yoga helps tremendously even if I am still a bit weak on some postures requiring strength in the wrists, like the plank etc… but I feel I am getting there!
