Rachel’s extensive knowledge, confidence, experience and deep love of yoga have allowed her to offer outstanding distance sessions via zoom during lock down. The sessions are easy to access and pay for as she has given a lot of thought and effort into making it accessible to all. Each class is well planned around a theme which give the participants something new and something familiar. Her flexibility allows for input from participants who may wish to address any physical or emotional issues which she then fits into the planned session. Instructions are easy to follow and there is always fluidity between the asanas. There is always something new to learn. Longevity, care of the ankles and feet, posture and balance, and spinal care are just some of the themes that come to mind. I highly recommend Rachel’s yoga whether via zoom or face to face when it’s possible again.
