Live Weekly Sessions every Wednesday 10 – 11.30 AM

These sessions began as a response to the Lockdown during the Coronavirus times. They will continue for the foreseeable future. It has been so wonderful to see so many of you in these sessions. Thank you so much for taking part. We now have a core group from all over the UK and other countries. There are many advantages to online classes and building a community this way. For those who are still shielding it takes the edge off the isolation. 

These sessions are suitable for everyone. I can offer individual advice about any concerns you might have about your ability to practice before the session. Please contact me beforehand or talk online before the session begins. I am available about 10 minutes before the session starts. The disadvantage of the online format means it is difficult to to offer individual adjustment or guidance during the sessions. I am more than happy to help in any way at all to make these sessions as inclusive as possible.

The classes are recorded and I can be purchased for you to view as often as you like. I have some vouchers for 50% & 100% discounts.

There are some FREE places. Some low-income places for £5

    Rachel’s extensive knowledge, confidence, experience and deep love of yoga have allowed her to offer outstanding distance sessions via zoom during lock down. The sessions are easy to access and pay for as she has given a lot of thought and effort into making it accessible to all. Each class is well planned around a theme which give the participants something new and something familiar. Her flexibility allows for input from participants who may wish to address any physical or emotional issues which she then fits into the planned session. Instructions are easy to follow and there is always fluidity between the asanas. There is always something new to learn. Longevity, care of the ankles and feet, posture and balance, and spinal care are just some of the themes that come to mind. I highly recommend Rachel’s yoga whether via zoom or face to face when it’s possible again.
