This session was recorded during the heatwave. We decided to do a very slow supine session which would also be good as an evening practice.

Sitali Pranayama – Cooling Breath
Slow movements into comfortable stillness where we hold the pose for a while and breath into it making micro-adjustments to release tight fascia. Mainly working around the IT band, hips, legs, shoulders and neck. The challenge is to stay focused on the sensations as they travel around the body.
