This session is a recording from Wednesday 30th May 2020
Description
Yoga Nidra is a powerful physical, mental and emotional relaxation technique that enables one to manifest positive intentions.
The intention you make is called a Sankalpa. It is a clear visualization or mantra that is set in the present tense in positive images or words that you implant deeply into the subconscious mind when the body is completely relaxed.
Your Sankalpa can be about anything that you need to transform your life. It can help you change an addictive habit, change your relationships with people, money, work. It can help you succeed in reaching your goals, completing a project, change your career path.
(More info on how to frame your Sankalpa can be found at my Youtube channel).
You will need to lie down and be warm and comfortable. There is a short heart meditation at the beginning and end of the practice which you can do sitting or supine. No previous experience necessary.
