Starting in a sitting position.
Aligning posture as we develop the breath.
Moving through the spine.
Releasing tension in the head neck and shoulders.
Stretching the legs and the psoas (hip flexors).
Piriformis stretches in pigeon and seated.
Deep relaxation.
Returning to sitting and observing. OM Namaste.
