In this 1.5 hour practise, we start in supine and prepare for the practice in Self-Awareness and Breath. We limber up in bridges and twists and hamstring stretches. We transition to standing through down dogs and 3 legged dogs. We look the vestibular reflex and there are options to use a wall if needed. We work towards the straight leg standing balances. Then wind down through a brief animal sequence and return to supine for Savasana and finish with a heart meditation.
